Delivery & Returns

Orders placed by December 17 will be delivered in time for Christmas in Finland.

Orders placed by December 10 will be delivered to Europe in time for Christmas.

You can choose to have your order delivered to a Matkahuolto pick-up point or to a Matkahuolto door-to-door delivery, for deliveries within Europe, we use Matkahuolto's shipping partners. We will process your order within 1-5 business days of receiving it, and you will receive an email with a tracking number when the package has left our warehouse.
You can also choose to have your order picked up from our Bulevardi Showroom, in which case the order can usually be picked up within a few hours during opening hours.

SHIPPING OF GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are delivered by mail, or you can also pick up the gift card from your chosen Relove store. Please write your preferred pick-up location in the comment field of the shopping cart for the handler. Gift cards for our online store are delivered via email.

SHIPPING OF ORDERED CAKES

You can pick up the bakery products from the Relove store on the 3rd floor of the Stockmann department store in Helsinki or Tampere. You can choose the pick-up location in the shopping cart.

RETURNS OF SECOND HAND PRODUCTS

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the order according to consumer protection laws. You can find the return instructions here.
