SHIPPING OF SECOND HAND PRODUCTS

You can choose the delivery method for your order to be Budbee Box or Budbee Flex. We process the items within 2-5 business days from receiving the order, and you will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped from our warehouse.

SHIPPING OF GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are delivered by mail, or you can also pick up the gift card from your chosen Relove store. Please write your preferred pick-up location in the comment field of the shopping cart for the handler. Gift cards for our online store are delivered via email.

SHIPPING OF ORDERED CAKES

You can pick up the bakery products from the Relove store on the 3rd floor of the Stockmann department store in Helsinki or Tampere. You can choose the pick-up location in the shopping cart.

RETURNS OF SECOND HAND PRODUCTS

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the order according to consumer protection laws. You can find the return instructions here.
