The gift card is the perfect surprise for second hand and sweet lovers! The gift card is valid in all our stores, both in the second hand department and in our cafés, and can also be used to pay the booking fee for the sales period.
The gift card can be purchased online or directly in our stores.
If you would like us to deliver the gift voucher directly to the recipient, please enter the recipient's address in the additional information.

Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING OF SECOND HAND PRODUCTS
You can choose the delivery method for your order to be Budbee Box or Budbee Flex. We process the items within 2-5 business days from receiving the order, and you will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped from our warehouse.
SHIPPING OF GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are delivered by mail, or you can also pick up the gift card from your chosen Relove store. Please write your preferred pick-up location in the comment field of the shopping cart for the handler. Gift cards for our online store are delivered via email.
SHIPPING OF ORDERED CAKES
You can pick up the bakery products from the Relove store on the 3rd floor of the Stockmann department store in Helsinki or Tampere. You can choose the pick-up location in the shopping cart.
RETURNS OF SECOND HAND PRODUCTS
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the order according to consumer protection laws. You can find the return instructions here.
