Here's how it works:

1. Send us photos and details of your product for evaluation
2. You’ll receive a price estimate within a few days
3. Bring the product to us
4. You’ll receive the bag’s payment as soon as the purchase agreement is made

Product information:

• Send us photos and details of your bag (brand, model, size, condition, and your price expectation) via email at verkkokauppa@relove.fi or through WhatsApp at: 050 387 0321. 

• You can also bring your bag on send it for evaluation to our Showroom at Bulevardi 3 B 37, 00120 Helsinki (open Mon–Thu between 9 AM and 4 PM). Please note that you are responsible for the transportation/shipping of the bag and any associated costs.

Brands:

• We buy bags from brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Goyard, Céline, Gucci, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Balenciaga, Chloé, Prada, Valentino, Givenchy, Loewe, Christian Louboutin, and Dolce & Gabbana.

Authentication:

We authenticate each bag if it doesn’t come with an authenticity certificate or the original receipt. The handling fee for authentication (€30) will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. Please note: Ask our staff for more details about Hermes product authentication fees.
