Online store order return

  • If you wish to return a product ordered from our online shop, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Please note that if the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned.
  • To return an order you must fill in the return form here.
  • We will charge a €9.90 restocking fee for the return, which will be taken into account when the payment is returned. We will process the refund using the same payment method as the original order. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original shipping costs (€9.90), but the return fee (€9.90) will apply.
  • Please note that refunds usually take around 1-2 weeks to process.
    If you wish to return the product you ordered, please do the following

Budbee Box or Budbee Home:

1. Make sure that the product is in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered.

2. Fill in the return form within 14 days of receiving your order. You can find the return form here.

3. Send the return within 14 days of receipt of the order.

4. Carefully pack the order in the original packaging.

5. A return label is not required on the package. Simply place the order confirmation inside the package.

6. Go to your order details, either via the link in the Budbee text message or via the Budbee app and select "Book a return".

7. Choose which parcel machine you want to make the return to. After the Budbee confirmation message, you have 2 hours to go to the parcel machine, enter your PIN and leave your return at the parcel machine. If you don't make it in time, you can book a new return in the app.

8. When your order is returned to us, we will check the condition of your order and issue a refund using the payment method of your original order. Please note that refunds usually take 1-2 weeks.

9. Please note that if the product is not in the same condition as when delivered, we are not obliged to return the product. In these cases we will contact the customer.

If the product is not in good condition, we will contact the customer.

Matkahuolto parcel office or parcel machine or Matkahuolto home delivery:


1. Make sure that the product is in exactly the same condition as when delivered.

2. Fill in the return form within 14 days of receipt of the order. You can find the return form here.

3. Send the return within 14 days of receipt of the order.

4. Carefully pack the order in the original packaging.

5. Attach the return label that came with your order to the package.

6. Take the parcel to a parcel machine or parcel point.

8. When the order arrives back to us, we will check the condition and issue a refund using the payment method of your original order. Please note that refunds usually take 1-2 weeks.

9. Please note that if the product is not in the same condition as when delivered, we are not obliged to return the product. In these cases we will contact the customer.
