Returning an Online Store Order
If you wish to return a product ordered from our online store, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
To return an order, you must complete the return form here.
We charge a return fee of 9,90 € for returns within Finland and 19,90 € for returns within Europe. The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order.
Please note that refunds typically take approximately 1–2 weeks.
Orders can also be returned free of charge to our Bulevardi showroom.
Returning a Product via Matkahuolto parcel point or parcel locker
- Ensure that the product is in exactly the same condition as when delivered.
- Complete the return form within 14 days of receiving the order. You can find the return form here.
- Send the return within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Pack the order carefully in the original packaging.
- Attach the return label included with your order to the package.
- Take the package to a parcel locker or parcel point.
- Once the return arrives back to us, we will inspect its condition and process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that processing the refund typically takes 1–2 weeks.
Returning an Order to the Bulevardi Showroom
- Ensure that the product is in exactly the same condition as at the time of purchase.
- Complete the return form within 14 days of purchase. You can find the return form here.
- Deliver the return within 14 days of purchase to our Bulevardi showroom during opening hours. You can find us at Bulevardi 3 (street-level retail space at the corner of Bulevardi and Yrjönkatu).
- Once the return has been delivered to us, we will inspect its condition and process the refund using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note that processing the refund typically takes 1–2 weeks.
