Returning an Online Store Order

    • If you wish to return a product you ordered from our online store, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please note that if the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned.
    • To return your order, you need to fill out the return form here.
    • You can return the order to our Freda store free of charge or by using the pre-printed Postnord label for returns, which you can find inside the package.
    • Orders collected from Freda must be returned to the Freda store (Fredrikinkatu 25, 00150 Helsinki).
    • We charge an 8€ return fee, which will be deducted from the refund when processing the return. We will refund the payment using the same payment method used for the original order. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original shipping cost (8€), but the return fee (8€) will still apply.
    • Please note that it usually takes about 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.


    To return the product you ordered, follow these steps:

    1. Ensure that the product is in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered.
    2. Fill out the return form within 14 days of receiving the order. You can find the return form here.
    3. Send the return within 14 days of receiving the order.
    4. Carefully pack the order in its original package, attach the return label on the package, and take it to a Postnord service point. Orders collected from Freda must be returned to Freda.
    5. Once the order arrives back to us, we will inspect its condition and process the refund using the original payment method for your order. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
    6. Please be aware that if the product is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, we are not obligated to refund the product. In such cases, we will contact the customer.
