Here you’ll find important information related to your sales period. Please read the seller instructions carefully before your sales period begins.
What kind of products can be sold at Relove?
During Relove’s All Inclusive sales period, you can sell adult clothing, shoes, jewelry, bags, and other accessories.
We accept:
- Products that suit the current season and trends
- Women’s and men’s items
- Intact, high-quality, lint-free, and well-maintained products
- Washed and stain-free items
- High-quality vintage fur and fur products, as well as ethically produced leather and fur products made from by-products of the leather or food industry. We do not accept newly produced fur products that are considered unethical. Before listing such items for sale, we require proof or clarification of origin to ensure ethical sourcing practices.
Relove Oy reserves the right to price products based on demand, brand, material, and season. We do not sell items that violate our sales terms, and only products that our expert team considers to have sales potential will be priced for sale. A handling fee according to our price list will be charged for every item brought to us.
How many items can I bring for my sales period?
We only display clothing and accessories that meet our sales terms, so please bring only clean, intact, seasonal, and trend-appropriate products.
For a 7-day sales period, we recommend bringing 30–50 items for sale, and for a 14-day sales period, 40–80 items. Please note that only items meeting our sales criteria will be accepted for sale.
We display and price approximately 1–5 pairs of shoes. You may also bring a moderate number of jewelry pieces and other accessories.
What kind of products are not sold at Relove?
We do not accept:
- Products with no demand
- Broken, worn-out, linty, or otherwise poor-quality items
- Products brought directly from storage; please wash items before bringing them to us
- Products with permanent marks or stains; we especially recommend checking underarm and neckline areas
- Products with strong odors
- Cosmetics, home décor items, children’s clothing, or underwear
- Counterfeit products; please note that our staff may require a certificate of authenticity for higher-value items as a condition for sale
- Men’s formal suits, women’s prom dresses, or wedding dresses
- Ultra fast-fashion brands (e.g. Shein)
Relove Oy reserves the right to price products based on demand, brand, material, and season. We do not sell items that violate our sales terms, and only products that our expert team considers to have demand will be priced for sale. A handling fee according to our price list will be charged for every item brought to us.
Who is responsible for washing and steaming the products?
Customers are responsible for washing products before bringing them to the sales period. If an item has stains or dirt that cannot be removed in washing, we recommend not bringing it for sale.
Unused items with original tags attached do not need to be washed or have the original price tags removed. Items that cannot be machine-washed do not need to be washed; airing them out is sufficient.
We steam the products for you, so you do not need to worry about wrinkles.
Packing the products
Please pack your items in reusable bags with a label attached containing:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Sales service
- Sales location
- Total number of bags
Example:
Firstname Lastname, 050 123456, All Inclusive, Töölö, 1/3, 2/3, 3/3
Attaching name labels to the bags is extremely important so we can distinguish your products from those of other customers.
We recycle reusable bags on your behalf, so please note that your items may be packed for pickup in different bags than the ones you originally brought them in.
When and where can I deliver my products?
We accept products 3–10 business days before your sales period begins. You may bring your products on weekdays between 11 AM and 6 PM directly to the Relove store where your sales period will take place.
Products for Helsinki Airport sales periods are received at our Showroom:
Bulevardi 3 B 37, weekdays between 12 PM and 5 PM.
We do not receive products on weekends.
Please deliver all items at once. If you have more items to sell later, you can book a new sales period through the online booking calendar.
You can also upgrade your sales period to an All Inclusive Plus service, in which case we will pick up the items from your home in the Helsinki metropolitan area or Tampere. To upgrade, please contact our stores directly by phone. The upgrade fee is €20. More detailed pickup instructions can be found below.
If you booked a sales period in Tampere and wish to deliver the products in Helsinki, you may bring them to the Relove store at Helsinki Stockmann. In this case, the items must be delivered at least 2 weeks before the start of the sales period.
If you booked a sales period at Relove Helsinki Airport, you may deliver the products to Relove’s Bulevardi location:
Bulevardi 3 B 37, 00120 Helsinki
(at the corner of Bulevardi and Yrjönkatu, opposite the Old Church Park).
Items must be delivered at least 10 days before the sales period begins. We receive products there on weekdays between 12 PM and 5 PM. Please note that we are not available to receive products on weekends.
If you booked a Matkahuolto shipment for your sales period, please send the products to Tampere 10–14 days before the sales period begins. Once you receive the prepaid Matkahuolto shipping code from us and have packed the items according to instructions, you can bring the package to your nearest Matkahuolto service point. Please note that packages cannot be left in Matkahuolto parcel lockers.
We cannot guarantee that late deliveries will make it to the sales floor in time. Please contact us by phone if the delivery of your products is delayed.
Home pickup & shipping products
I booked the All Inclusive sales service and want to send products using A2B pickup service / Matkahuolto parcel service — how do I arrange pickup or shipment?
A2B Pickup Service
Our pickup service operates on weekdays:
- Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa, excluding Suomenlinna): 8 AM–9 PM
- Tampere: 8 AM–4 PM
Please note that home pickup bookings are binding and the pickup fee is non-refundable after booking.
You must select a three-hour time window during which you will be home to hand over the bags to the courier.
To order pickup, send an email to the location where your sales period will take place, including:
- Pickup date
- Preferred time
- Address
- Full name

If you wish to cancel the pickup service, you must notify us by phone at least 24 hours before pickup.
You may order the pickup service immediately, but the pickup date must be scheduled no later than 3–10 days before your sales period begins.
Matkahuolto Parcel Service
Pack the clothing and accessories into one (1) cardboard box (maximum size 70 x 40 x 55 cm / 30 kg) and bring it to any Matkahuolto service point (please note: not a parcel locker).
Before sending the products, book your sales period through our website. We will send you a prepaid Matkahuolto shipping code together with the booking confirmation.
When does my sales period begin?
You can see the preliminary start date of your sales period in Kirppari-Kalle under “My Reservations.”
Your sales period may begin earlier or later than the preliminary date. Your sales period officially begins once your items are displayed for sale and you receive a confirmation email from us.
When should I pick up unsold items?
Unsold items must be collected within seven (7) days from our notification. After this period, unclaimed products become the property of Relove.
You may collect the items from the Relove store where your sales period took place on weekdays between 11 AM and 6 PM.
If your sales period took place in Tampere and you delivered the products to Relove Stockmann Helsinki, pickup will also take place at Relove Stockmann Helsinki. Please wait for our notification before collection.
If your sales period was at Relove Helsinki Airport, you may collect the items from Relove’s Bulevardi location:
Bulevardi 3 B 37, 00120 Helsinki
(on weekdays between 12 PM and 5 PM).
When does my sales period end?
We will notify you by email when your sales period has ended.
The sales period lasts at least 7 or 14 days, but Relove Oy may continue the sales period for a longer time if needed. The maximum duration is three (3) months.
An extension by Relove does not incur any additional cost to you.
When will I receive payment for sold items?
Settlement for sold items is processed when unsold items are collected, and the payable amount will appear in your bank account within seven (7) business days.
Payments are always made to the bank account you have saved in Kirppari-Kalle. We do not make cash payments.
A handling fee according to the current price list is deducted per item. The total handling fee depends on the number of products you bring. The handling fee applies to both accepted and non-accepted products.
Can I donate my unsold items to charity through Relove?
Yes. You may donate all unsold items to charity. We will deliver the products, or the proceeds from them, to a charity partner selected by us (SPR Kontti / Fida).
Please notify us by email or phone if you wish to donate your unsold items through us. In this case, settlement will be processed remotely.
If you sent your products via Matkahuolto parcel service, you may also:
- Donate unsold items to charity
- Pick up the products from Relove Tampere
- Have the products shipped back to you for a €14.90 shipping fee

What is Kirppari-Kalle?
Kirppari-Kalle is the online booking system used for Relove sales period reservations.
Through the online booking system, you can:
- Pay for your sales period reservation
- Make new reservations
Where can I find my reservation?
You can find your reservation by logging into Kirppari-Kalle and navigating to “My Reservations.”
Please note that the reservation start date shown is preliminary.
Sales tracking
Through Kirppari-Kalle, you can monitor your total sales.
From the total sales amount, the current sales commission and the per-item handling fee will be deducted according to the current pricing list.
You can also track sales item by item in the Kirppari-Kalle system.
Your contact information
Please make sure to add your:
- Bank account number
- Current email address
- Phone number
to the Kirppari-Kalle system. We will contact you regarding the start and end of your sales period. Settlement payments will be made to the bank account you have saved in the system.
How and when do I pay for the sales period?
You can pay for your sales period in Kirppari-Kalle when making the reservation by adding the sales period to your shopping cart.
If our staff made the reservation on your behalf, you can pay for the sales period in Kirppari-Kalle under “My Reservations.”
You may also pay for the sales period at any Relove store.
The sales period must be paid for on the reservation date.
Settlement
We process settlement payments when unsold items are collected or when the products are donated to charity.
All settlements are paid to a Finnish bank account; we do not provide cash settlements.
The current sales commission and per-item handling fee according to the current pricing list will be deducted from total sales.
