Terms and Conditions

These sales terms and their updates, including the Privacy Policy, apply to all orders and sales made on the relove.fi website or any of its subpages ("Website"). By placing an order for a product or products on the Website and indicating your acceptance of the sales terms, you agree to these terms:


Products can be ordered on the online store's website by adding selected items to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information provided during the order will only be used for the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities related to the order. By ordering from the online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the applicable terms of delivery.

Products and Prices

The online store sells both second hand products and new products. The selected second hand products in the online store are clean and in good condition. Any deficiencies are described on the product page, either in the product description or product images. Second hand products are sold in the condition they are in at the time of the transaction, and the seller is not responsible for natural wear and tear or damages resulting from the use of the item. The colors in the images may slightly differ from the actual colors.

The prices of the products are stated on the product pages and in the shopping cart. The prices of new products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices.

Payment Methods

Our online store relove.fi provides payment services through Klarna Checkout.

Bank Payments

You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Bank, and Ålandsbanken. When you proceed to the online store, you will be redirected to your own bank to complete the payment securely.

Credit Card Payments

You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards in the online store. The international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services are available in the online store. Card payments are made securely on a protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

Mobile Payment Methods

Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, and Siirto are application-based services that allow you to make online purchases by transferring the payment from your account or making a card payment through the respective application. Additionally, Pivo enables Siirto payments, which can be approved in any Siirto-supporting application. Please refer to Pivo's terms of use and MobilePay's terms and conditions.


Since September 14, 2019, paying with debit and credit cards may require strong bank authentication due to the new EU-wide Payment Services Directive (PSD2). This applies to all online stores in EU countries.

When placing an order on our online store, you may need to go through additional steps to confirm your identity. The additional steps depend on your bank and may include, for example, switching to the bank's mobile application. You can find information about the new strong authentication from your own bank. 


Payment with Klarna Invoice

We accept Klarna as a payment method only in Finland and Åland.

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ) (registered address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer the following payment methods where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Invoice: Payment is due within 14 days of product delivery. Klarna's invoice terms are available here.

Flexible installment: You can pay for your purchases flexibly in monthly installments, with each installment being at least 1/24 of the debt amount (but always at least 5.00 EUR, including interest on the remaining debt).

Fixed installment: You can choose from various monthly installment options at checkout. The installments decrease monthly as the outstanding credit amount decreases.

Promotional invoice: If the option of an extended 1-3 month payment period has been offered at the time of purchase with an initiation fee (e.g., "Buy now, pay in February"), you can pay for your purchases according to the terms of the promotional invoice.

Refunds for Payments

VISA & MASTERCARD - refund to the payment card; Checkout - refund to the account; PAYPAL - refund through the PayPal service (Paypal service fee of 3.4% is non-refundable); KLARNA - refund through the Klarna service.

Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be processed. Allow at least 10 days for the payment to be transferred.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Customers will receive an order confirmation when the order is received. However, the order confirmation does not mean that the order has been accepted. The sales agreement between Relove Oy and the customer is only formed when the customer receives confirmation of the order being dispatched.

If you haven't received an order confirmation within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service immediately at verkkokauppa@relove.fi.

Delivery Methods and Costs

We deliver orders using PostNord's parcel service, and you will receive a tracking number for your shipment via email to track your delivery.

Shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.

Delivery Time

We will dispatch your ordered products as soon as possible, but no later than within five business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays.

Right of Cancellation and Return Policy

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection law. The right of return applies to products that are in the condition they were delivered to the customer.

If you wish to return a product ordered from our online store, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

To return the order, you must fill out the return form here.

You can return the product to Freda store (Fredrikinkatu 25, 00150 Helsinki) or by using the pre-printed PostNord label provided inside the order package. Orders picked up from Freda store must be returned to Freda store.

We charge an €8 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund. We will process the refund using the same payment method as the original order. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original shipping costs (€8), but the return fee (€8) still applies.

Please note that it typically takes about 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Unclaimed Parcel

Not claiming a parcel is not the same as returning or canceling an order. For unclaimed parcels without a separate cancellation notification, we will charge a fee of 20.00 euros.

Issues with Orders 

If a product is lost or damaged during transportation, or it does not match your order in any way, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the email or postal address mentioned in the "Right of Cancellation and Return Policy" section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact information. If the package is damaged at the Post Office, an immediate complaint must be made to the Post Office.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in these terms, all intellectual property rights related to the content of this website (including, but not limited to, trademarks, domain names, and images) belong solely to Relove Oy or its contract partners and are protected under applicable law.


Relove processes the personal data provided to the website only for fulfilling the customer's order (see Privacy Policy).

Force Majeure

If Relove is unable to fulfill its obligations or services under these terms due to unusual or unfavorable circumstances beyond its control (such as, but not limited to, labor strikes, civil unrest, war, or natural disasters), it cannot be held liable for damages resulting from such delays caused by such an obstacle. If such a situation occurs, Relove will notify the customer as soon as possible. If the situation persists continuously for more than two (2) months, either party may cancel the transaction.

Use of the Website

The customer is granted a limited right to use the website. The customer may not store, use, publicly display, submit, or transmit the website's content or any material obtained through the website to any third party, except as permitted by copyright law. The customer may not misuse the website, engage in or incite criminal activities, transmit or distribute viruses or other harmful, technologically damaging material, breach confidentiality, or behave in a threatening or indecent manner. The customer may not hack into the website, corrupt data, cause disruption to other users, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the performance or operation of the website or the accessed computers or computer systems.

Interpretation and Omissions

If any of the terms presented here are deemed partially or wholly invalid under applicable law, the invalidity of that term will not affect the validity of the other terms presented here.
