2. Campaign Period
The campaign is valid from April 16 to December 31, 2026.
A total of 10 raffles will be held during the campaign period.
3. Participation
You can participate in the raffle by purchasing THE ICON tiramisu at Relove cafés during the campaign period.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
4. Prizes
A total of 10 luxury bags will be raffled during 2026.
The prizes are second hand luxury bags selected by Relove.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
Any mention of brands refers only to the origin of the prizes. The brands are not involved in the campaign in any way.
5. Drawing of Winners
Winners will be selected randomly among all participants.
Drawings will be conducted monthly and/or in connection with separately announced events.
More detailed schedules will be announced during the campaign.
6. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified personally using the contact details they have provided.
If a winner cannot be reached within three (3) days, a new winner will be drawn.
Relove may publish the names of the winners in its own channels.
7. Personal Data
Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the execution of the raffle and contacting winners.
Data will be processed in accordance with Relove Oy’s privacy policy.
Data will not be used for direct marketing without separate consent.
8. Product and Pricing
Participation in the campaign does not affect the price of THE ICON tiramisu. The product price is the same for all customers.
9. Other Terms
This is a promotional raffle.
The purpose of the raffle is to support Relove’s anniversary campaign.
Relove is not responsible for any technical or other issues related to participation.
Relove reserves the right to make changes to the campaign.
10. Applicable Law
The campaign is governed by the laws of Finland.
