2. Campaign Period
The campaign is valid from 16 April to 31 December 2026. A total of 11 prizes will be distributed during the campaign period.
3. Participation
To participate, purchase a THE ICON Tiramisu at any Relove café during the campaign period. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Some campaign products contain a winning chocolate token. If you find a winning token, you are entitled to claim a prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No purchase is necessary to participate. You may also enter the campaign by completing the official entry form available at any Relove café.
4. Prizes
A total of 10 luxury handbags will be awarded through winning chocolate tokens during 2026. One additional luxury handbag will be drawn from all valid entries submitted via the official entry form. Entry forms may be submitted until 31 December 2026. The winner of this prize will be drawn during January 2027. The prizes consist of pre-owned luxury handbags selected by Relove. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. Any references to designer brands relate solely to the origin of the prizes. The brands are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or otherwise involved in this campaign.
5. Campaign Implementation
A total of 10 winning chocolate tokens have been randomly placed inside campaign products during 2026. Participants who find a winning token are entitled to receive a campaign prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Winning products are distributed randomly throughout the campaign period across all Relove locations. The 10 winning tokens are randomly allocated among all participating cafés. Alternatively, you may participate without making a purchase by completing the official entry form at any Relove café.
6. Notification of Winners
Participants who find a winning chocolate token must immediately notify the staff at the Relove café where the campaign product was purchased. To claim the prize, the original winning chocolate token must be presented. The participant who finds a winning token will receive the handbag immediately at the café. The winner selected through the entry form draw will be contacted personally using the contact information provided on the entry form. With the winner's separate consent, Relove may publish the winner's first name and/or social media content relating to the campaign on its own channels.
7. Personal Data
Any personal data that may be collected will only be processed in situations related to the implementation of the campaign and only with the participant’s separate consent.
8. Product and Pricing
Participation in the campaign does not affect the price of THE ICON tiramisu. The product price is the same for all customers.
9. Other Terms
This campaign is a marketing campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to support Relove’s anniversary celebrations. Relove is not responsible for any technical or other issues related to participation. Relove reserves the right to make changes to the campaign.
10. Applicable Law
This campaign is governed by Finnish law.
