Book a Sales Period and Drop Off Your Items in the Relove Box at Stockmann Department Store

Here's how it works:

1. Book a Sales Period:
Fill in the form below. Specify in the form which Stockmann department store you would like to bring your items to (Helsinki, Tapiola, Jumbo, Turku, or Tampere). You will receive a booking confirmation within 1–3 business days. All items brought to Relove Box will be sold at Relove Tampere.

2. Pack Your Items:
Choose clean and intact adult clothing & accessories that meet our sales conditions.
Pack the items in closable bags (a zippered reusable bag or plastic bag), and include your contact details (name, phone number, and email address) in each bag.
Note: The drop-off hatch size is 62 cm (width) x 32 cm (height), so make sure your bags fit through the opening.

3. Drop Off Your Items:
Bring your bags to the Stockmann department store and insert them into the Relove Box.
Important: Please ensure that each bag includes your contact information!

Box locations in Stockmann stores:
Helsinki: 1st floor by parcel lockers, Tapiola: 2nd floor sports dept., Turku: 2nd floor by elevators, Jumbo: 1st floor kids' dept., Tampere: 2nd floor kids' dept.

Pricing & Earnings:

• Sales period and shipping fee: €14.90
• Handling fee: €1 per item
• Your earnings: 48% of the sales
  Unsold items will be donated to charity. Alternatively, you can pick them up at the Relove store in either the Helsinki or Tampere Stockmann department stores after the sales period ends.
