These delivery and return terms apply to Relove Oy’s online store and are valid as of 31.12.2025. All products sold in the online store are second-hand.
Online Store
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details provided in connection with the order are used only for delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it, unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order in the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the delivery and general terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering.
Payment and Payment Methods
Payments are processed via Klarna Checkout. Available payment options include invoice, installment payments, card payments, and online banking payments.
By providing your information at checkout, you accept the terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Norra Stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm). By clicking the Purchase button, you accept the general terms and conditions of the Relove online store.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email containing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service without delay.
Please retain the order confirmation for possible contact with customer service. When contacting customer service, keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package correspond to the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs
At checkout, you may choose the delivery method that suits you best from the available options. Exact delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times and costs depend on the delivery location of the products. We use Matkahuolto parcel points, parcel lockers, home delivery services, and Matkahuolto’s delivery partners in Europe. Letter delivery is available only for gift card deliveries.
Please note that we do not make changes to the delivery address after order processing. If there are delays in processing your order, we will notify you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damages resulting from such delays.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of return applies to products that are in the same condition as when delivered.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To return a product, the customer must complete the return form.
We charge a return fee of 9,90 € for returns within Finland and 19,90 € for returns within Europe. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment.
Please note that refunds typically take approximately 1–2 weeks.
Unclaimed Parcel
Failure to collect a parcel is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an unclaimed parcel for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we charge a fee of 20 €
Problem Situations
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify the defect in writing to customer service no later than 14 days.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in these terms, all intellectual property rights related to the content of the Site (including, but not limited to, trademarks, domain names, and images) belong to Relove Oy or its contractual partners and are protected under applicable legislation.
Data Protection
Relove processes personal data provided on the Site only for the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order. More information is available in the privacy policy.
Force Majeure
Relove is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from exceptional circumstances beyond its control, such as labor disputes, social unrest, war, or natural disasters. Relove will notify the customer of such a situation without delay. If the force majeure situation continues uninterrupted for more than two (2) months, the transaction may be canceled by either party.
Use of the Website
The customer is granted a limited right to use the Site. The content of the Site may not be used, stored, displayed, transmitted, or distributed to third parties except as permitted by copyright law. Misuse of the Site is prohibited.
Interpretation and Severability
If any of these terms are deemed invalid in whole or in part under applicable law, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
