In collaboration with Flora, we've baked a 100% plant-based limited edition Salted Caramel Apple cupcake, bursting with the delightful flavors of autumn. Our pastry chefs crafted the cupcake using Flora's 100% plant-based and 100% natural Plant B+tter, which is an excellent alternative to butter in all cooking. The Flora Plant product can found both in the juicy apple-infused batter and the salted caramel-flavored meringue frosting that tops the cupcake.

Flora brought three cow sculptures by British recycling artist Ptolemy Elrington to Helsinki Central Square, intended to spark a conversation about the impact of dairy production on the planet. The sculptures represent three themes (fast fashion, water consumption, and car usage) that people might be more willing to compromise on than their dairy consumption.
